• Confirmation the order and fulfillment process comes after paying the shipping fees.
• The shipment can be opened to check the material and the size only.
• Shipment splitting is not available, it's either full acceptance or full rejection.
• Contact us after receiving the order immediately if there is any issue.
• Delivery takes 1–5 working days, depending on the governorate.
• Shipping fees range from 75 to 130 EGP and are calculated automatically at checkout.

• Orders are processed and shipped on working days only.
• During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.
• Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delivery delays.

• يتم تأكيد الطلب وإتمام عملية التوصيل بعد دفع مصاريف الشحن.
• متاح معاينة الشحنة فقط للتأكد من الخامة و المقاس.
• لكن غير متاح تجزئة يا تسليم كامل او استرجاع كامل.
• في حاله وجود أي مشكلة, يرجى التواصيل معنا فورا بعد استلام الشحنه.
• يتم التوصيل خلال ١-٥ ايام عمل حسب المحافظة.
• تتراوح مصاريف الشحن من 75 إلى 130 جنيه ويتم حسابها تلقائيًا في سلة الشراء.
