Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days only from receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Shipping fees for return or exchange are fully paid by the customer.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or without original packaging will not be accepted.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the item is received and checked

• الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال متاح خلال يومين فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• يجب أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو مغسولة.
• جميع مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال يتحملها العميل بالكامل.
• لا يتم قبول القطع التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو بدون التغليف الأصلي.
• يتم فحص القطعة أولًا قبل تنفيذ الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
